Kathleen Vanier

Kathleen Vanier is currently the Medical Director of Sage Living, a long term care facility affiliated with St. John’s Health, and the Geriatric Connections Associate Director. Kathleen attended medical school at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and completed her internal medicine residency and chief residency at California Pacific Medical Center (CPMC), a quaternary referral hospital in San Francisco, CA. Subsequently, she worked for 15 years as a hospitalist, teaching and training medical students and internal medicine residents at CPMC.  She fulfilled roles as Dartmouth Geisel School of Medicine Internal Medicine Clerkship Site Director and Chief of the Hospitalist Division of the Department of Internal Medicine. She resides in Jackson with her husband and two teenage sons, Vonn (JHCS 2025) and Xander (JHCS 2026), and is grateful to be part of and serve the Jackson community and JHCS.
